Crossing our fingers

We are crossing our fingers for a referral (the call that we have been matched with a child) after a wait of about 6 months. It seems that timeline is pretty common right now. So, lets see, that puts us at about early December. I am crossing my fingers that we are matched with a child before Christmas...that would be a nice gift wouldn't it.
